The New Face of Work

The world has seen an enemy for the new ages, and will be reevaluating every aspect of who we are, what we do and how we live. We will forever change the way we live, interact, communicate, collaborate when we emerge from this global threat that we are in.

We at Pepper want to salute every one of those who worked through this period the the healthcare workers, the delivery guys, the garbage collectors, the grocery store clerks, the law enforcement teams, and countless others. We appreciate your efforts, how you have put everything on the line, every single day; its that we never stood outside and clapped for you. This is a collective Thank You from all of us, for making our lives, our work, happen.

Be Humble

As we get more time to ourselves, and less time together with our friends, colleagues, and even loved ones, we feel the need to communicate more, communicate better with each of them. We asked what was the one quality we wanted to see in more of us, and by fair margin we each one of us wanted to be a bit more “humble”.

To be able to give more and accept more, before we express our own needs and preferences.

To be more appreciative of others, and be able to express it.

To connect more with every one of us.

To share a smile, more than we have.
