Ann Eberle Thomas

Ann Eberle Thomas is a Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Pepper.

Ann’s experience as a corporate tax attorney through the Great Financial Crisis and as part of the team that led the Dodd-Frank regulatory response at a large financial institution gave her a view into the importance of structural and data transparency, and the separation of alternative asset management, with its distinct opportunities, from banks. Ann has brought this background to On Pepper, where as Chief Revenue Officer, she leads the team interfacing with alternative asset managers and their unique structural and data transparency needs across front, middle and back offices and as an integral part of business management, risk management and strategy.

Ann holds an LL.M-Tax from New York University Law School. She received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration at Marquette University.

Ann enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her twin girls.
